Family Ski Club Dues for 2007-2008 Season:  $60.00 per Family

($70.00 after December 1st)

A Family pass to Cochran's Ski Area is required for all racing families.

Also, every family must complete and mail the following 2 forms and mail to the address indicated:

1. Print Ski Club Application Form

To print, Select the  Ski Club Application form.  When displayed, select FILE and then PRINT the form from your browser menu.  Please mail your check with the application  to the address on the bottom of the form.  Thank you.

 

2. Print Ski Club Waiver Form

To print, Select the  Ski Club Waiver form.  When displayed, select FILE and then PRINT the form from your browser menu.  Please mail your check with the application  to the address on the bottom of the form.  Thank you.
